Anywhere in NZ. We get your prescriptions to the NZ Post centre — next business day delivery to urban addresses.
Prescriptions are dispensed, pouch-packaged, and dropped to the NZ Post processing centre by end of day. Next business day delivery to urban addresses. Rural addresses incur an additional $7 delivery surcharge and may take 2-3 business days.
Every Saturday we run two delivery rounds reaching suburbs outside our daily zones. Order by midday, delivered that afternoon.

No — you keep your same doctor. The only thing that changes is which pharmacy your scripts go to. Just give your GP the partner pharmacy details and you're sorted.
Same day for local ($16) and city ($20, if ordered by midday). If you're outside our daily zones, the Saturday run ($28) covers a wider area with two delivery rounds — still hand-delivered. For the rest of NZ, we post via NZ Post ($14, +$7 rural) — order by 3pm, next business day delivery to urban addresses.
Yes — we deliver hand-to-hand. Your prescription goes directly from us to you, never left unattended. We'll text you before we arrive so you can be ready.
We can deliver controlled medications. Our driver will need to check your photo ID at the door — this is a legal requirement. It's quick and discreet.
Your prescription costs are the same as any pharmacy — the standard $5 co-pay or whatever your medication normally costs. The only extra is the delivery fee: $16 local, $20 city, $28 Saturday, or $14 nationwide post.
Every partner pharmacy in our network is required to offer pouch packaging — your prescriptions sorted into individual dose sachets labelled with the time and day you take them. We also offer supplement pouch-packing — vitamins and wellness supplements alongside your prescriptions, all in one daily sachet for your wellbeing and longevity.
Repeats are the best part. Once you're set up, your repeat prescriptions get dispensed and delivered automatically. No need to call anyone or go anywhere — we'll text you when your prescriptions are on the way.
We only collect what we need: your name, phone, and delivery address. Your health information stays between you, your doctor, and the pharmacy. We're just the delivery.
